A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Immunobiology, Yale University School of Medicine (http://immunobiology.yale.edu/people/joao_pereira-1.profile).
Research in this laboratory is focused on the molecular mechanisms regulating B lymphocyte migration during development in bone marrow. We are also interested in exploring relationships between B lymphocyte migration/positioning in BM niches and autoimmunity. These studies require extensive flow cytometry and microscopy analyzes, including intravital 2-photon microscopy.
A strong background in molecular and cellular biology and a productive publication record is required. Applicants should submit a letter of interest describing their background. Please send CV and 2-3 letters of reference to Dr. João P. Pereira (joao.pereira@yale.edu).
Yale University School of Medicine is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. We strongly encourage applications from women and minority candidates.
